Welcome to Coastal Junk Pros. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Coastal Junk Pros provides junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services in Savannah, Georgia and surrounding areas. Our services include residential junk removal, commercial cleanouts, yard waste removal, and related services.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided and visual assessment.
  • Final pricing is determined at the time of service based on actual volume, weight, and labor required.
  • Prices may vary from initial estimates if the scope of work differs from what was described.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for items requiring special handling or disposal.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are subject to change.
  • We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • We may charge a fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about items to be removed
  • Ensure safe access to the items and work area
  • Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions
  • Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
  • Ensure you have the legal right to dispose of the items

5. Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove certain items including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, etc.)
  • Medical waste and biohazards
  • Explosives and ammunition
  • Radioactive materials
  • Items requiring specialized disposal by law

If prohibited items are discovered during service, they will be left on-site and may result in service refusal.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
  • A deposit may be required for larger jobs or special circumstances.

7. Liability and Damages

  • We take reasonable care when performing services on your property.
  • Pre-existing damage should be documented before service begins.
  • We are not liable for damage to items being removed or donated.
  • Claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at current market value.

8. Ownership of Removed Items

Once items are loaded onto our truck, they become the property of Coastal Junk Pros. We may dispose of, recycle, donate, or sell removed items at our discretion. Items cannot be retrieved after removal.

9. Donation and Recycling

We make reasonable efforts to donate usable items and recycle appropriate materials. However, donation acceptance is determined by receiving organizations, and we cannot guarantee that specific items will be donated or recycled.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate information when making inquiries
  • Not attempt to interfere with the website's functionality
  • Not use automated systems to access the website

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Coastal Junk Pros and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Junk Pros, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Georgia law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coastal Junk Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
